This video has been doing the rounds today so i’m going to give my thoughts on it as it will somehow end up in the papers anyway.
OC briefing up his company for their return to RMAS where they will be gated for 3 months.
We can all agree this is shit, but the honesty of “this is gonna be shit” changes this message entirely. Honest that the situation will be difficult and acknowledging the recruits will not have it easy. Not hiding behind a set of orders or passing it on to others to pass down.
